Our beef tallow is rendered in small batches from local pure beef suet right here in our shop. Around here, tallow has basically become a personality trait. We cook with it almost daily and use it in everything from skincare products to candles, leather conditioner, wood conditioner, botanical infusions, and probably conversations more often than necessary.
Perfect for crispy potatoes, golden eggs, cast iron meals, roasting vegetables, or dramatically improving anything your family usually complains about eating.
For best shelf life, keep sealed in a cool, dark place. Tallow is naturally shelf stable and does not require refrigeration, but storing it cold can help extend shelf life well beyond a year. If it melts a little, don’t panic. It’s still tallow, not a personal crisis.
